Kenna Dollete was raised in the shadow of decades of culinary passion from both her mother and grandmother. Taking this tradition in stride, Kenna sought to weave her natural curiosity, eye for detail and dedication to food into a lifelong career.

She has brought her Midwestern work ethic and love of food to projects big and small across the US.

Whether it be the seafood forward concepts of the Pacific Northwest, the farm-to-table seasonality of the Midwest or the intimate atmosphere of the Japanese izakaya, Kenna has sought to expand the horizons of her understanding of the world through the exploration of cuisine.

With deep respect and an open mind, she has always found connection and community through food to the wider world.
